We are the Gladiators of construction when it comes to your home remodeling projects; with over 15 years of experience in the business we pride ourselves with the work and service we provide our clients. Each and every one of our clients receives a personal experience with help in design and budgeting.
We understand that whether you are remodeling your bathroom or adding 1000 square feet to your home, it can be a stressful, confusing and scary journey, but not with your Gladiator understanding and paying attention to all the details. We strongly believe that it is not only the outcome of the project but the journey which you experience that got you there.
Do you charge to come to our home and provide an estimate?
No, we do not charge for the opportunity to earn your business.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are licensed by the California state license board and hold a General B license. We also hold liability insurance for over $1,000,000.00
How long does a typical bathroom take to remodel?
Bathrooms come in many different shape and sizes along with materials that might take time to order, but a standard bathroom should take between 10 to 15 days.
Who takes care of the city permits and deals with the inspections?
We will pull out all the permits for the project and deal with all the city inspections.
Do you provide kitchen cabinets and countertops?
We have a range of simi custom and custom kitchen cabinets to choose from along with our suppliers for countertop of all kinds, from Garnet slabs to per fabricated Quartz and marble.
Do you offer financing?
Yes we work with many different financing company that specialize in construction loans (OAC); we can also help you with financing energy efficient products through HERO, Ygrene, and California first.
